The 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) is a project that is developed to enable the delivery and playback of multimedia files over a high-speed, wireless network. The 3GPP is a multimedia file that is based on the MPEG-4 standard that has been derived from Apple’s QuickTime. The 3GPP project seeks to provide the amsses with the delivery of multimedia files to the latest wireless devices such as mobile phones.
